Training with Master Rolland was an amazing experience. After training with him for over 7 years, he has taught two important value skills 1) The word "can't" does not exist 2) The only limit with my ability is the one I place on myself. Master Rolland's school, and him as a teacher definitely get a 5/5. One of my favorite things about him and the class is that he really cares about his students like they were his own, and he really teaches extra techniques and moves to protect us in real life situations if we're ever in trouble. I've been training under him for around 8+ years and he's taught valuable life lessons such as self defense: only attack if if you cannot escape safely; respect elders, but also everybody else, and to help others as if they were in your shoes. The entire school in general has taught me everything from white belt to now a 2nd degree black belt, so this is the school you're looking for if you want to train for only a few months, or for several years.
